This website (facewheels.uk) is operated by Sixonetwo Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), the official United Kingdom distributor for FACE forged wheels. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this site. Sixonetwo Ltd is registered in England (company no. 5660798), VAT no. GB866180701.

2 · Data we collect

We only collect the information you choose to give us through our enquiry and contact forms, namely:

• Your name, email address and (optionally) phone number
• Vehicle details and the wheel design, size and finish you're interested in
• Any message or details you include in your enquiry

We do not use analytics or advertising trackers, and we do not knowingly collect any special-category or payment data through this website.

3 · How we use your data

We use the information you provide solely to:

• Respond to your enquiry and prepare a bespoke quote
• Confirm fitment, finish and availability for your vehicle
• Communicate with you about an order or request you've made

We will never sell your data, and we won't send you marketing without your explicit consent.

4 · Legal basis

Under UK GDPR, we process your data on the basis of your consent (given when you submit a form and tick the consent box) and our legitimate interest in responding to and fulfilling your enquiry. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

5 · Cookies

We keep cookies to a minimum. This site does not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies. We use only essential, first-party browser storage:

These are stored locally in your browser (via localStorage) and are never transmitted to us or any third party. Form submissions are delivered to us by Web3Forms, a form-processing service that forwards your message to our inbox. Your data passes through their systems only to reach us and is handled per their privacy policy. We do not share your data with any other third parties except where required by law.

7 · Retention

We keep enquiry correspondence only as long as necessary to handle your request and any resulting order, after which it is deleted. If you'd like us to remove your data sooner, just ask.

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to processing or request portability.
