The terms that apply when you order bespoke forged wheels from us. This applies to facewheels.uk, operated by Sixonetwo Ltd.

Sixonetwo Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), registered in England & Wales, company number 5660798, VAT registration GB866180701. We trade as FACE FORGED UK, the official United Kingdom distributor for FACE forged wheels. Registered office: Unit 12–15 Premier Business Park, Dencora Way, Luton LU3 3HP.
All wheels are made to order. Submitting an enquiry does not place an order — it requests a bespoke quote. A contract is only formed once we've confirmed your specification (design, size, finish and fitment) and you've accepted a written quotation and paid the required deposit.
All prices are provided on application (POA) and are specific to your vehicle, chosen design, size and finish. Quoted prices are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Prices include VAT unless stated.
A non-refundable deposit is required to commence manufacture of a bespoke order, with the balance due prior to dispatch or collection. Specific deposit terms will be confirmed in your written quotation.
Lead times are estimates provided at the time of quotation and depend on design, finish and current production schedules. We'll keep you informed of any changes, but lead times are not guaranteed and time is not "of the essence" for the purposes of this contract.
Because every wheel is manufactured to your exact vehicle specification, forged wheels are bespoke, made-to-order goods. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the standard 14-day cancellation right does not apply once production has commenced. Cancellation requests made before manufacture begins may be considered at our discretion, less any costs already incurred.
This does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty or misdescribed goods.
We engineer each set to the fitment details you provide (vehicle, tyre size, suspension setup). It's your responsibility to ensure the information supplied is accurate. We recommend professional fitting and torque-checking by a qualified technician, and that you have your vehicle's ride height and clearance checked after fitment.
Forged wheels are covered by a manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects, the specific terms of which will be confirmed at the point of sale. The warranty does not cover damage from impact, curbing, incorrect fitment, or use outside the wheel's rated load and speed specification.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our liability for any claim relating to your order is limited to the price paid for the goods.
All designs, imagery, and content on this site are the property of Sixonetwo Ltd or our licensors (including FACE) and may not be reproduced without permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
